Jana focusses on business development, tailor-made workshops to see people and companies grow. In other words, she works as a Business Architect – consulting mindset with a big-picture view, which allows supporting strategy development. Combining business know-how with Coaching skills in a systematic approach reaches results. Her enthusiasm encourages action and the necessary commitment to take the initiative and create visions. She seeks opportunities to transform something good into something superb.

Melanie is a creative and strategic thinker. She adopts the latest trends, identifies growth opportunities, and translate them into learning programs for her clients to accelerate their growth. She has more than 20 years of leading projects and being an entrepreneur. She worked both with multinational companies (Discovery, Lufthansa, Triumph, Siemens…) and with small and medium-sized ones across five continents as well as leading successfully multidisciplinary teams. She has many years of experience in coaching individuals, teams, and groups to be equipped for the challenges ahead. Additional services are collaborative learning programs and customized workshops to match the clients’ needs.
Her strength is to use existing resources, build upon the expertise and strength while finding new paths by using the unique DNA of the individual, the team and the company. It’s all about demystifying innovation and making it a systematic approach.

Mitch has spent most of his life living and working internationally, calling Prague and Barcelona his home for more than 20 years. After earning his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Mitch dedicated the earlier part of his career to marketing, business development, and leadership roles with various start-ups as well as large multinationals.
Trained as a CTI Co-Active® Coach, Mitch has a passion for inspiring and transforming companies and executives. Apart from coaching, Mitch creates and delivers a wide range of training programs, specializing in effective communication, leadership, and change management. He has had the pleasure of supporting and developing hundreds of professionals.
