The coaching process, takes three to six months in most cases, involving these five phases.

Awareness
By utilizing your personal compass, our assessments, or any psychometric tools provided by your organization, we gain clarity on the core aspects of your current environment, your decision patterns, your behaviour preferences, your purpose and your values.

Plan
In the second phase, we set mutual expectations from our joint efforts and define a target objective. This may include an integrated approach for aligning individual and organizational achievement, more empathy in leadership, or a more strategic approach to new challenges.

Options
The heart piece of our work is your conscious decision around expanding your behavioural patterns. Sometimes, you have to let go of habits and opinions you have come to hold dear, in order to integrate new behavior and make it part of your DNA. You can rest assured to have us empowering you in creating new habits.

Action
In this phase, the newly acquired insights will be actively integrated and implemented into your daily practices – after all, the real work has to be done between coaching sessions.

Results
In order to evaluate our collaboration it is vital to define key results and the impact these have on you and your organization. This phase may also include management debrief if incorporated into a learning program/ workshop. Survey and assessments help to see progress made and celebrate learnings and successes.
